Pet portrait Commission Agreement Terms and Conditions

Payment Terms: Payment in full is required before work begins. Accepted payment methods include credit card and PayPal.

Customization Requests: All customization requests must be clearly communicated and agreed upon before placing the order. Any changes requested after the order may incur additional charges, which must be agreed upon before proceeding.

Completion Timeline: The artist requires up to three weeks from the date the payment in full is received to complete the painting. The artist will notify the client once the artwork is completed. If any unforeseen delays occur, the artist will inform the client as soon as possible with a revised timeline.

Artist’s Rights: The artist retains the right to use images of the commissioned artwork for portfolio purposes and promotional materials unless otherwise agreed upon.

Client’s Rights: Upon full payment and delivery, the client owns the physical artwork. However, the client may not reproduce or sell copies of the artwork without the artist’s consent.

Refund Policy

Due to the customized nature of pet portraits, we cannot offer returns. Your custom artwork is designed with care and is entirely personal to you and your pet.

If you are unhappy with your final product then please get in touch with us. Customer satisfaction is one of our passions and we always strive to make sure you're happy with the final masterpiece.

If you have placed an order recently and have changed your mind, you can cancel or change your order within 30 minutes. If 30 minutes have passed, the cancellation & change request will be granted at our discretion. The reason for this is that Gina often begin work as soon as you have placed your order.

Please be aware that when your painting is created, we use the photo you uploaded with your order. If you do not follow our photography tips, we cannot offer any solution. It's your responsibility to submit a high quality photo that adheres to our submission guidelines. Low quality photos make it very difficult to work with and may result in the painting lacking the detail that otherwise would show. We do allow for notes to be added to orders in case you have anything to let us know about. However, we can't guarantee that special requests will be adhered to - for example we cannot edit a photo to close or open a mouth, add a smile etc. We can however, remove red eye, edit eye color and other requests.

Shipping Policy

Due to the custom nature of our pet portraits, it takes a bit of time to personalize and build your order from the moment you place it. 

Shipping Times
Within the US: Orders within the U.S. typically arrive within 1-3 weeks. However, orders placed during holiday periods may experience longer shipping times, up to 4 weeks.

UK, Australia, Canada & Europe: We estimate orders to arrive within 3-4 weeks from the date of purchase. You may experience longer shipping times during peak holiday seasons, up to 5 weeks.

Shipping Cost
We offer FREE shipping on all orders within the continental US. International shipping rates will be calculated and quoted with purchase.
